Chapter 9: The Nexus Framework
The Nexus Framework is the latest update to Scrum from Ken Schwaber and his company Scrum.org. He has published a Nexus™ Guide (The Definitive Guide to Scaling Scrum with Nexus: The Rules of the Game, published January 2018. https://www.Scrum.org/resources/nexus-guide) as a complement to the original Scrum Guide that he and Jeff Sutherland wrote and still maintain. The objective of the Nexus Framework is to provide additional information on how to develop and sustain scaled product and software delivery initiatives.
