The rise of managed Kubernetes platforms

Pretty much every cloud provider has a solid managed Kubernetes offering these days. Sometimes there are multiple flavors and ways of running Kubernetes on a given cloud provider.

Public cloud Kubernetes platforms

Here are some of the prominent managed platforms:
