The quality assurance process

The main aim of the quality assurance process is to ensure that all the processes, products, and services that are associated with the system are fit for their purpose. Refer to the following diagram:

The outcomes, represented by SysML properties, that are identified for this process are described as follows:

  • Evaluation results provided: This outcome ensures good communication with the stakeholders.
  • Incidents resolved: This outcome covers what needs to happen if any non-conformances are discovered.
