Understanding Service-Now upgrades
Service-Now has a yearly conference, Knowledge, in which the company releases a new version of Service-Now with new features, new applications, enhancements and so on. So it's very important to keep the Service-Now instance updated for taking the leverage of the Service-Now product.
Getting ready
To step through this recipe, you should have special access. Service-Now has a customer relationship portal (http://hi.service-now.com) where customers can raise product-related issues and the Service-Now customer support team works on these issues. You should have access to this portal (https://hi.service-now.com) to step through this recipe.
How to do it...
Open any standard web browser and type the instance address.
Log in to https://hi.service-now.com with the credentials, as shown here:

After logging in, click on Manage Instances:
