Let's take a quick look at the security aspect of the platform and learn how to administer security. We will start our discussion with user and group setup. The user and group management area enables us to access (role, permission, access) and work on the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BOBI) platform. By default, there are three user accounts in the BOBI platform:

With this account, a user can perform administrative duties in the BI platform application (such as the central management console, publishing wizard, and BI launch pad).
