Summary
In this chapter, we looked at the structure and key attributes to consider when standing up an ART. We learned why it’s important to align your ARTs with your Value Streams and some challenges you may encounter if you don’t. We discussed the critical roles in the ART, including the RTE, Product Management, and System Architect, and that these three roles collectively comprise the Troika. We learned why the Troika is important and its impact on the ART. Lastly, we learned how critical a System Team is to our ART and why we shouldn’t overlook this team.
