Mappings streamline data entry when you create new records that are associated with another record. When two entities are in a one-to-many relationship, you can create new related entity records from the primary entity form.
Mappings let you set default values for a record that is created within the context of another record. This can save a lot of time when you are entering data and helps to reduce errors.
