Activity entities

Activity entities are used to store interactions such as phone calls, tasks, and appointments. There is a set of activity entities in a CDS database. These entities share the same set of fields and share the same security privileges. Activity entities appear in the timeline on model-driven app forms. 

You should create an activity entity if no standard activity entity for your required community type is available.
