To access a Power App, the user must belong to your Azure Active Directory (AD) tenant.
Office 365 users are managed by Azure AD, so adding a user to Office 365 is sufficient.
Azure AD provides a great deal of functionality around authentication, including the following:
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): This is a form of authentication where you need something you know (such as a password), something you have (for example, a mobile device), and something you are (a biometric signature, for instance).
- Conditional Access: This restricts access based on rules your administrator defines, such as location, method of access, or the device used, based on rules defined by your organization.
Azure AD also monitors for unusual access to protect your systems and data.
Canvas apps benefit from the capabilities of Azure AD, which helps give canvas app makers access to enterprise-level security control and governance.
Canvas apps support the use of guest users in your tenant...
