Answer: B - Publish. When you make a change to a canvas app and save, a new version is created. To make the latest version available, you must publish the app. As the user can see (an older version of) the app, it has already been shared with them. The app checker and solution checker find errors in the app.
Answer: C - Common Data Service. Dynamics 365 Sales is built on the Common Data Service. The Common Data Service connector should be used. You cannot access the Azure SQL database in Common Data Service directly. The Common Data Model holds the schema definitions for various business applications including Sales.
