This chapter was something of a mixed bag because I tried to suggest what the best courses of action can be during a production (or even a minor) problem. I included programs I thought might be useful to you in a pinch, some vague directives on what you should think about during an outage, and then concluded with a few suggestions on dealing with other people during what could be the most stressful time of your professional career.
All that said, there's time for a few more points I'd like to make.
