Test Execution Status Reporting

Project status reports give us insights into a project's health throughout the project development phase. This helps in monitoring and controlling project progress so that deliveries meet the required quality standards and deadlines. There are various types of reports available through Jira. The main goal of reports is to identify any runtime issues and obstacles or last-minute changes that need to be implemented. Reports help all project stakeholders to be on the same page about the current status of the project and allow them to make democratic decisions on containing any deviations from the plan.

Project managers plan ahead in order to identify risks and create risk mitigation strategies as well. They also address activities in change management and communication management. Reporting is a part of communication management.
