In this chapter, we learned about Jira and plugins supported by Jira to meet your Agile projects' needs. Jira is a project management tool that provides various templates to create and manage your project artifacts. Scrum and Kanban are the two most widely used Agile project management methodologies. Jira supports both methodologies and provides tools to meet your test management needs. Using simple steps, you can create and manage your projects in Jira and restrict access to information using the different sets of permissions and roles. We explored the workflow to create projects in Scrum and Kanban. In the final section, we explored the installation and configuration of three test management plugins—synapseRT, Zephyr, and Test Management.
