The test management process helps to organize, track, and manage testing-related project needs. There are various phases that software development goes through, and testing has its own segregated set of phases. Each of these phases has a set of activities through which we can track the progress of a project, such as creating test plans and test cases, organizing them into test suites, creating test cycles, managing execution, creating and retesting defects, and so on.
