If you found it difficult to follow, I would recommend you to just play with it, make a test organization, and go through the chapter again. Full disclosure, this is how this chapter was written. I created an organization, a second test user, and through trial and error this chapter was born. Given that GitHub has released new organization features in beta, I had to do a lot of testing. I think the result was worth the effort.
