Summary

In this chapter, we started off by designing the complete application architecture and moved on to discuss the components we will be developing during this chapter. Once the architecture was in place, we discussed some key concepts of Azure relevant to our project and elaborated on the steps for provisioning our Azure resources. With the Azure resources created, we then next moved on and created the backend services on Node.js, Java, and Python.

We have now learned some basics about Azure resource groups and resources and created backend services in different languages using VS Code.

Next, we will move forward and create a background service in.NET Core while also exploring Dapr.
