Advanced deployments

In the last chapter, we introduced deployments, using multiple templates. Resources can be defined within multiple ARM templates, and these ARM templates can be weaved together to create a complete deployment solution. Chapter 3, Understanding Core Elements of ARM Templates, introduced linked and nested templates and explained the process of composing multiple templates together. As we know, the ARM template provides a resource type named deployment; in this section, we will investigate some of the advanced features of the deployment resource and also expand our knowledge of linked and nested templates from the previous chapter.
