Visual monitoring of job diagram


Job metrics have been around for a while and provide a bunch of metrics for errors, inputs, outputs, and resource utilization. Job diagram takes it to the next level and provides advanced job monitoring capabilities, allowing you to monitor and troubleshoot your job in a more visual manner. A Stream Analytics job is broken down into logical constructs based on the job definition and the query steps, and a visual representation of steps is provided in terms of inputs, outputs, and individual query steps. You can hover over and click on each step for more information and also get the code associated with the specific step. The diagram also provides a timeline of events with information, such as the number of input events coming in, the total number of events going out, and so on, plotted on the timeline chart.
