A common issue we see across many platform implementations is the lack of evidence of its benefits. In theory, that all makes sense, but let’s put some numbers behind it. In addition, they help to understand if you are going in the right direction.
Therefore, it is helpful to define different KPIs based on which one can understand the progress of platform adoption. In the first step, you should reflect on what you measure already. Very often, we just need to combine available numbers in the right way to be able to define new performance indicators.
