Summary
As we have seen in this chapter, there are quite some steps involved in creating even a very basic ALM process. Once done, it will make deployments much more smooth, faster, and easier. We also discussed that this approach will increase the quality of your delivery by executing the correct steps, always in the same order.
In the following chapter, we will look at additional functionalities that could be added to a pipeline or workflow depending on the project’s needs. This could be to handle several solutions, make the process more dynamic by giving users who run the pipeline or workflow more options, or inject code into the pack solution step.
