Working with Power Automate

Power Automate, the business and process automation tooling portion of the Power Platform, can be as simple or as complex as you want (or need) it to be. From a simple flow such as copying a file or sending an email to more complex flows that insert rows into databases, Power Automate can help in almost any process.

In this next section, we’ll look at what kind of help ChatGPT can provide.

Using ChatGPT to create flows

When it comes to Power Automate, ChatGPT can provide some good instructions on how to get started.

Imagine you work in the marketing department for the fabled manufacturing conglomerate Contoso. You want to monitor Twitter (or now, X) for the times Contoso is being mentioned.

You could ask ChatGPT something like this:
