Summary

The ultimate takeaway from this chapter is that AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Copilot are just that—assistants. While generative AI can’t do your job for you (at this point), it’s a great aid—especially when you’re stretching outside your comfort zone.

If you’re looking at bootstrapping new apps and flows, AI assistants can help get you started, but you’ll ultimately need to continue refining your prompts, searching the blogs and community groups, and learning the underlying technology itself to be truly successful.

In the next chapter, we’ll expand on using Copilot for Power Apps. While our first attempts didn’t prove very successful, there are some techniques you can use to get Copilot and Power Apps to come together and produce working apps in as little as an hour.
