Creating a new contact form

A contact form is one of the easiest ways for website visitors or customers of a company to communicate with the website owner or the company. In a contact form, visitors provide their name and contact details; along with that, they can also post a question or a comment to the company based on their products, services, or a query. Web page forms are also one of the best ways to receive messages from visitors without any involvement of external parties and other platforms.

Another aspect of the contact page is the functionality of opportunity generation, which can be done by using the lead generation functionality available on the company website. With the Odoo website builder tool, you can create a new web page for the operations of the contact form on a website. Choose the New option on the website and select the Page option, as shown in the following figure:
